I'd like to commend Eileen in your customer service department! It's almost 10pm and I asked a couple questions, expecting (hoping) to hear within 24 hours. Lo and behold, Eileen contacted me within minutes and answered both questions right away! I've had my IGWorks for several years but had to take a break for a while. Now upon starting up again, I needed a reminder about water and light timing for my lettuces and spinach. I am so grateful to have such immediate customer service assistance and now will be able to sleep well tonight knowing that my newly sprouted crop will be okay! Thanks again, Eileen!

Great customer support!

Not only has the support been great -- including over (Father's day weekend!!!), but I've had to reach out for a few questions. Its so easy to think that you're on your own with these sorts of things and if you need help you can just watch YouTube videos or do a bunch of research to figure it out -- but this is a HUGE waste of time! Nothing compares to speaking with a compassionate, knowledgable human expert. I think anyone who is nervous that they're getting in over their head: know that you probably are but that YOU CAN DO THIS because you're not alone! The support team is there for whatever comes up! iHarvest -- your customer service team is your greatest asset. I could not do this without them!

Eileen is AMAZING

I inherited my iharvest from my sister. She got it as part of their crowdfunding startup and never assembled the unit. I got it all put together but was missing a few things like the little green clips for the net pots and all the chemicals/nutrients. I also had no idea what could be grown. I started a chat with Eileen and she was so great! She answered all my questions and gave me invaluable information, even sharing photos of her personal systems! She’s really awesome! 😎

Research on IHarvest system.

Had the pleasure of getting answers from Eileen today. She did an excellent job, letting me know some technical information about the IHarvest system .
Based on her information, I was able to determine that I could run this unit from my Ecoflow Delta 2 Max solar battery system. This is an important Information as I would be using the IHarvest system in Freeport Grand Bahama where not only is the cost of electricity expensive, there are frequent power outages and the cost of produce is expensive and seasonal.
