Excellent products and customer service

We have really been enjoying our iHarvest - it has been so easy and the results have been excellent. It has really beat out any other attempts I have tried (without a green thumb) at growing vegetables, including outdoor gardening and indoor self-attempted set up to grow microgreens. I really appreciated it came with everything I needed to get started right away.

I got online to order a uHarvest as well today and ended up chatting with Eileen and asking her a variety of different questions, Eileen had excellent advice and tips and even did some research for me for something I asked that she didn't know right away. Thank you for such great customer service!

It is a joy to have fresh vegetables! The photo shows super healthy bok choy ready to eat, as well as lettuce and basil plants we had been harvesting the outer leaves from, and smaller kale and swiss chard, it's fun to have them at different stages.

I'd like to commend Eileen in your customer service department! It's almost 10pm and I asked a couple questions, expecting (hoping) to hear within 24 hours. Lo and behold, Eileen contacted me within minutes and answered both questions right away! I've had my IGWorks for several years but had to take a break for a while. Now upon starting up again, I needed a reminder about water and light timing for my lettuces and spinach. I am so grateful to have such immediate customer service assistance and now will be able to sleep well tonight knowing that my newly sprouted crop will be okay! Thanks again, Eileen!
