uHarvest® Tabletop Garden

I had such a wonderful experience with Eileen at IGWorks and wanted to make sure she receives recognition for the exceptional customer service she provided.
I contacted IGWorks through the chat because I was having trouble with the pump in my UHarvest unit. Eileen was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting process step by step and never made me feel rushed. When we determined that the pump was not working, she immediately arranged to have a replacement sent to me. The entire process was handled promptly and professionally, and I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.
What impressed me even more was that Eileen’s assistance didn’t end once my pump issue was resolved. I asked her whether I could grow cucumbers in my UHarvest, and she happily shared helpful advice and pointers for growing them successfully. She even shared a picture of her own beautiful garden with me. Seeing what she had grown was so encouraging and inspiring that it gave me even more confidence and excitement about expanding my own hydroponic garden.
Because of this experience, I have decided to purchase another UHarvest unit, and I am also planning to purchase another larger iHarvest unit in the future—which will be my third iHarvest unit! I think that says a great deal about both the products and the customer service behind them. Excellent products are important, but knowing that there are knowledgeable, caring people like Eileen standing behind those products makes an enormous difference when deciding to continue investing in a company.
Eileen went above and beyond simply answering a customer-service question. She was patient, personable, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely interested in helping me succeed. She turned what began as a frustrating equipment problem into an extremely positive experience.
Eileen, thank you for taking such wonderful care of me. You were truly a blessing and an inspiration, and IGWorks is very fortunate to have you representing their company. I hope your supervisors know what an asset you are to their team. You have certainly earned this very happy and loyal customer!

This is a well made quality garden. I’ve had much success with one bought earlier this year so am adding to the fun with more these gardens. Thank you for a really nice product.

I ordered the uHarvest it arrived and the pump wasn't functioning, it was frustrating, but happens. Eileen assisted in getting everything squared away. Finding a company with responsive customer service is a rarity these days. I will work with the tabletop unit, if I can make a go of it, I will be getting the big one!

It's only been a couple weeks, but so far I am really enjoying my uHarvest. I am seeing the first true leaves starting to come up now. I'm a long way from harvest, but so far, it's been really fun. Once I actually have something to show, I will write another, more detailed review. My guess though, I will be placing an order for the iHarvest after my vacation in May.

My first hope and attempt on having hydroponic produce is dying faster than growing. Out of 12 plants 1 fighting to survive. Not growing. Others died. The picture showing week ego a few. Still trying. Now only one.
