1 small head cabbage, shredded
4 small cucumbers, cut julienne
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tsp sugar
Combine the cabbage and cucumber in a bowl.
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, dill, and sugar. Toss the cucumber slaw mixture with the oil mixture until well coated.
Serve immediately or chill until serving time.
