I’m in love!

I am beyond pleased with my uHarvest. I decided to begin growing by planting tomatoes, basil and scallions. I’m on day 21 of growing and I’m in awe of the progress of my plants. My family and I are excited to enjoy what we’ve grown and we look forward to investing in an iHarvest soon!

Easy troubleshooting

Excellent and extremely fast customer service help after hours in the chat from Eileen as I was troubleshooting why my grow lights weren't coming on after set up. Just needed to push a little harder to connect the lights to the base. Thank you, Eileen, for your quick response and help.

Question

Is the pump supposed to run when the light is on? The pump has never turned on.

Hi there. The pump is extremely quiet and will run for 15 minutes of every hour when the system is plugged in (the lights don't have to be on). To test your pump, just press the up and down arrows at the same time, and your pump will turn on. We get this question all the time, just because the pump is so quiet.
